The ESADE Alumni Tarragona Club would like to invite you to a flash session about how the techniques used by top professionals can help you get the most out of your career. 

Consultants call these best practices because they have consistently been shown to yield better results than other methods or techniques, and because they are regarded as benchmarks in their respective fields. Is it possible to define best practices at the personal level, as well? 

The session leader, a recognised expert on high-performance attitudes, will set out a model based on what he calls "the three As" and describe tools for increasing one’s personal and professional performance. 

Lluís Soldevila is a consultant, a trainer, an Academic Assistant in ESADE’s Department of Information Systems Management, the creator of the Personal SWOT Analysis and the autor of the books "A is for Success" and ''Morder el hierlo'' (Bite the ice).
