The ESADE Alumni Community of Valencia Club invites you to this Refresher Programme workshop entitled ''Talent loyalty'' by Norbert Monfort, an academic assistant in ESADE’s Department of People Management and Organisation.
A very interactive, gamified workshop based on a multi-media storytelling structure involving documentation, painting, photography, video and much more. The main theme of the workshop will be the film industry.
Norbert Monfort
Norbert Monfort is an academic assistant in ESADE’s Department of Personnel and Organisation Management. He holds a Degree in Psychology (Universidad Autónoma de Bellaterra), a master in Human Resources (University of South Carolina) and a master in Organisational Development (GR Institute, Israel). Co-founder and ex-partner director of the Y-Consulting "Cookie Box" consultancy. Founder of the Monfort AMBIENT MANAGEMENT consultancy in Organisational Development and Innovation. Expert in management fields of leadership, change management and people management. Twenty years’ experience giving training to executives in Spanish companies and multinationals in many industries including Caixabank, Pepsico, Danone, Sanofi Aventis, Gas Natural Fenosa and Chupa Chups. Has taken part in long-term international training projects such as ENDESA’s three-year executive training program carried out in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina, and Management Development Programs in Argentina and Paraguay. Speaker on subjects including generational diversity, leadership, change management and resilience. He also takes part on charity projects like Experto en Gestión Solidaria.
