The upsurge in chatbots and voice assistants in business

Spanish

November 07 OF 2018 from 07:00 PM to 08:30 PM

Artificial intelligence developments in cognitive computing are steadily increasing the use of artificial conversational entities, or chatbots as they are usually known, to interact with humans.

These new interfaces are underpinned by efforts to provide a new, more human and completely interactive experience, and open up a world of possibilities for companies to contact their customers via channels where they already interact every day, e.g. Messenger, WhatsApp and Amazon Alexa.

This master class organised by ESADE Executive Education in conjunction with the ESADE Alumni Marketing Club and led by Mario Armas (EMDB 16), head of the Chatbot & Voice Assistant team at Everis, will explain the scope of such bots including the voice bots that appeared on the Spanish market this year including Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, which will launch its version for Spain in a few weeks.

These bots will be used during the master class to make it more interactive. Mario will examine possible ways they can be used in different industries and share the experience of his team at Everis that created some of the first skills that will feature in the Amazon launch.
