'Challenges in managing people in Tomorrowland', by Professor Simon L. Dolan

The ESADE Alumni Belux Chapter would like to invite you to ''Challenges in managing people in Tomorrowland'', a talk by Simon L. Dolan, professor in ESADE’s Department of People Management and Organization, on Monday 10th at 7.30 pm at The Hotel Brussels.

In recent years, the ESADE Future of Work chair has been working on research about the new competences of leaders and managers for the future.  The EU Employment and Innovation commission has been using some of our data to plan employment and innovation in Europe.

This presentation will cover the new landscape of future management including the new profile of the workforce and the new paradigms to be used.

The talk is based partly on two recent futuristic books by the author (with Mario Raich) entitled "Beyond: Business and Society in transformation" (Palgrave MacMillan, 2008)  and "Cyberness:  The future reinvented" (Amazon, 2014).
