The ESADE Alumni Balearic Islands Club is pleased to invite you to the first event of the academic year, a special selection of mini cocktails and tapas on Tuesday October 30th at 19.00 on the rooftop of Hotel es Princep.

• French 75: gin, natural lemon juice, sugar and a drop of cava
• Moscow mule: vodka, natural lime juice, sugar and ginger beer
• Red love (non alcoholic): cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, watermelon syrup, lemon juice and ginger ale
Tapas by chef Felip Moreno
• Foie gras brioche with crunchy onion
• Chicken croquettes with roasted almonds
• Sea bass ceviche
• Andalusian style squid with garlic mayonnaise foam
• Potato salad and pickled mussels
