The ESADE Alumni Lleida Club is pleased to announce their forthcoming talk on Thursday January 24th at 19:00 by Ramón Jiménez, co-founder and business development director at the NOMO Group: 'Trends in the catering industry: home delivery, take away and millennial eating habits'.

Ramón Jiménez will address the major trends sweeping though the catering industry, trends that are sure to gain momentum in the next few years. He will examine future cornerstones of the catering industry and the impact of millennials. These concepts must take into account factors related to the society in which we live if they are to adapt to the profound changes facing us not only as consumers but also as citizens. He will also outline the fast-growth eating concepts he envisages for the future and share advice on how existing businesses in this industry must adapt to deal with this new scenario.
